About Abby

For nearly a decade, Abby has specialized in couples therapy, family therapy, and divorce adjustment. She is particularly gifted at working with couples who are experiencing crisis, betrayal, and sharp conflict. If you’re in marital meltdown, contact Abby.

As a believer in directive therapy, Abby helps her clients quickly uncover the sources of conflict. Using a straightforward approach, Abby teaches couples to apply the practical skills necessary for healthy change at a meaningful and lasting level. She tends to give lots of homework assignments, so be prepared to work.

Abby is also an invaluable resource for helping divorced men and women make wise choices and develop healthy boundaries. She guides her clients towards smart co-parenting in order to provide a stable, predictable, nurturing environment in both households.

Abby is married, with three daughters. She enjoys cooking with her husband, trivia nights with her girls, reading self-growth books, spending time in Huntsville with her sister, walking the family’s two dogs, coffee and journaling. She is a die-hard Green Bay Packers football fan.
