“Life is full of losses and disappointments and the art of living is to make of them something that can nourish others.”  - Rachel Naomi Remen

About Kelsi

Kelsi is interested in how our brains, minds, and bodies interact and influence our experiences of the world. She is committed to using the most effective, brain-based techniques to help clients heal and build lives they love. For the past five years, she has worked with clients undergoing neurofeedback treatment for trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation.

Kelsi is also a PhD candidate in Medieval Studies at the University of Notre Dame. She is writing her dissertation on the way ancient Christians responded to trauma, suffering, and death to build meaningful lives and resilient communities.

Other Interests

A native Nashvillian, Kelsi enjoys investing in her neighborhood and the broader Nashville community. On weekends, Kelsi spends time with her friends and family at famers markets, bookstores, and bakeries. She and her coonhound are regulars at Percy Warner Park, where they hike and run. Kelsi is in a constant state of checking out too many books from the library, and loves to read poetry, novels, and cookbooks.
