About Ashton

Ashton’s clinical background is rooted in Brain-Based Therapy for anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, and attention disorders. He is a Board Certified Neurofeedback Technician and a Brainspotting Professional. Ashton’s clients find him to be remarkably helpful in working through shame and family issues. Formerly, Ashton served in the prestigious Nashville Fellows program. Ashton primarily works with individual adults and teens.

Other Interests

Ashton is an outdoorsman, a people person, a lifetime soccer player, an artist, and an intellectual. He has visited almost every U.S. national park. Among other adventures, Ashton climbed the highest mountain in the lower 48. Ashton fills his life with friends and activity. Originally from Memphis, Ashton is also a triplet, so he knows how to work and play well with others.
