Caroline has a strong educational and experiential background in treating anxiety and depression. She has served as a crisis hotline intervention specialist, hosted groups for substance use disorders, and worked as a neurofeedback technician. Caroline works closely with her clients to gain symptom relief and structure preventative measures to alleviate depression and anxiety going forward.
Caroline is originally from Tyler, TX. She is a world traveler, adventurer, a lifetime athlete, and a delightful person. On weekends, you can find Caroline floating the Harpeth, spending time with friends, running, watching “Modern Family,” seeing live music, or at least planning her next adventure. She serves as a Young Life volunteer and is particularly engaged with Nashville’s nursing community. Caroline strives for excellence in all she does, including investing in friends, family, and professional development.
