Dr. Donny Jackson is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with offices in Nashville and Mt. Juliet, TN. He received his Masters degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and his Doctoral degree in Clinical Counseling from Trevecca University in Nashville. Donny has been in private practice since 2006 and is also serves as an Associate Professor of Graduate Counseling at Trevecca, where he teaches in the Masters and Doctoral programs.
Donny brings 30+ years of experience in the music industry to his private practice, where he works primarily with individuals and couples from the creative community. Working with artists, songwriters, producers, and other industry professionals, Donny offers his clients an in-depth understanding of the unique challenges they face in the music industry. Outside the creative community, Donny also sees business professionals, academic professionals, and mental health professionals.
Away from the counseling office and the classroom, you can find Donny spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, pursuing his own creative endeavors, contributing to The College Radio Foundation, and supporting his favorite football team.
