Ashland believes in the powerful healing capacity of a therapeutic relationship built on safety, trust, and authenticity, which can lead to true human flourishing. Through her experience as a clinician, Ashland developed a passion for walking alongside those with multifaceted struggles that some might deem “beyond hope.” She helps clients who are battling unseen and often unimaginable circumstances. Ashland has served in a multitude of settings, including East Africa. She greatly values each person’s unique cultural and experiential background. Those who have worked with Ashland find her to be encouraging, consistent, approachable, steady, and safe. Ashland also serves as Intake Coordinator for Midtown Nashville Counseling.
Originally from Memphis, Ashland is right at home in Music City, having worked previously in music business. Ashland and her husband love to travel and are ardent explorers of various cultures. She loves musical theater, her German Shorthaired Pointer, and being a cheerleader for her clients, neighbors, friends, and family. Boosting morale is the name of her game!
