Kristin specializes in marriage and relationship check-ups, premarital counseling, perinatal counseling, and adolescent counseling.

As a certified Prepare/Enrich Premarital Counselor, Kristin offers a four session workshop to help couples prepare for marriage, and provides her premarital counseling clients a certificate of completion to submit for a discount when applying for a marriage license.
Kristin also helps adolescents manage stress and relationship difficulties. As a Harpeth Hall alumna, Kristin understands the pressures of private school culture. She works closely with parents and passes along everything families need to sustain a long-term, stress-free environment.
PERINATAL COUNSELING: Kristin has advanced training in perinatal mental health from Maternal Mental Health (MMH-NOW) “Bringing Light to Motherhood.”

Kristin is married, with two children. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia. Kristin and her husband spent several years living in Okinawa, Japan as he served as an intelligence linguist in the United States Air Force. She enjoys spending time with her family, music, and photography.
